Pre and Post Conference Workshops

 

PRE-CONFERENCE SESSIONS

The conference format is designed to offer attendees a choice of more sessions.
Pre-conference Workshops are offered in:

(1)  Industrial Hygiene Sampling Strategy and Calibration of Monitoring Equipment (with hands on experience) -add $00  

(2)  OSHA 10 hour in General Industry - add $30

(3)  OSHA 10 hour in Construction       - add $30

(4)  NSC 6 Hour Defensive Driving Course - $25 payable to NSC in class for certificate

(5)  Dynamics of Fleet Safety - Train the Trainer- $99 payable to NSC in class for instructor kit.
 These classes will begin early on October 6. Registration for these courses can be made at the same time you register for the conference using the same form.



POST - CONFERENCE SESSIONS

We are offering post conference study and exam prep workshops in both ASP (Associate Safety Professional) and CSP (Certified Safety Professional.  These courses will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites Historic District located on MKL Jr. Drive.  They begin at 2:00 p.m. on October 9th and will end around 5:00  p.m. on October 11th. You may register for either, but not both. The fee is $400 in addition to the regular conference registration fee of $295.  Registration must be made by contacting Jeannine at 404-679-0687 ext 102.  SPACE IS LIMITED TO 25  PERSONS IN EACH CLASS.  Register early!  Non-refundable.


CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS AND SCHOLARSHIPS

The CEU and Scholarship Information Desk will have staff available to assist you in calculating your points available through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.
